Programs & Services : Supportive Housing Initiative

Central Neighbourhood House provides assistance and homecare to clients within a Supportive Housing environment.

At 55 Bleecker St, we work with the City of Toronto to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work with a Registered Practical Nurse and a Social Worker on site during the day and our Personal Support Workers provide service around the clock, 365 days a year.

In St. James Town we work with Community Resource Connections of Toronto, where we have staff assisting clients; some are in crisis, some have hoarding issues, but all of them need supports to continue to live independently.

Service for these programs is provided on a referral basis by the partner agencies.
