CNH Wins United Way Spirit Award

Spirit Awards are given to organizations, campaigns, teams and individuals who achieve outstanding results in their United Way Toronto campaigns. To be nominated is an achievement. To win is to be the best of the best.
This year, Central Neighourhood House had our most successful achievement ever – redirecting our energy to focus on encouraging employee pledges, our overall results increased by 34%. With outstanding leadership, engagement across the organization, peer-to-peer canvassing, a team at the Enbridge CN Tower Climb for United Way, and a race to ensure campaign success – literally – all of our efforts paid off. We raised over $14,000 and even more impressively, we accomplished an exemplary participation rate of 98%!
