Note to Members: If you have not renewed your membership for the year 2010, a renewal form is attached. In order to vote at the AGM, you must renew your membership prior to the beginning of an AGM.

New Memberships must be approved at the April 19, 2010 Board meeting in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM.

Childcare is available but must be arranged in advance. Please let us know by May 3, if you will require childcare, and the ages of your children. Just call 416-925-4363 and say you will be attending the AGM and need childcare.
